  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets, making data-informed decisions to allocate resources effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize marketing opportunities and expand brand reach.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative marketing opportunities, staying ahead of the curve in the fintech space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry and cross-border payments.
  • Strong understanding of the USA market landscape, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
  • Experience in promoting financial products, preferably debit cards or payment solutions.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
